A Thoughtful, Human Approach to Therapy

I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist with over 20 years of practice, working both privately and within the NHS. I am accredited and registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where you can speak freely and at your own pace, with online sessions available to adults across the UK.
